Getting Started
To get started, click on the HPL Reward link in the navigation bar or click on the HPL Reward icon on the bottom left of your screen.
If you have created an account with us in the past, you can just sign in to get started. By signing in, you will be taken to your account summary. To view your rewards, click on the Reward link or the Reward icon.
If not, click Join now.
How to Earn Points
The HPL Rewards Program allows you to earn points for various actions you take. Once you create an account on the site, you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which can be used to pay for purchases. Any special negotiated discounts on items will not be eligible for rewards. Custom orders are not eligible for rewards.

Reward Points Exchange Rates
For every 20 points, you will receive $1. For example, if you spend $20 you will receive 20 points, accruing $1 in rewards to use on future purchases. If you spend $100, you will accrue $5.
Redeeming Reward Points
You can redeem points increments of 20. Simply click on Ways to redeem and you can choose the amount you'd like to redeem. You will receive a code that will be applied at checkout. Please note that you can only use one code per checkout.
Order Cancellations/Returns
If you cancel or return an order that earned points, the points for that order will be deducted from your account.
