Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Custom orders cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Be sure to contact us before returning your item so we can let you know if your order is eligible for return.  Items shipped back without prior approval will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your order less the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee. If the item has any signs of wear or use, a refund will not be issued. In the event that this happens, you can pay to have the order shipped back to you.

Custom items
Custom orders cannot be returned. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 520 Dow Ave.,  Columbus Ohio 43211  Please include the order information in the box.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Since we process orders quickly, we may not be able to cancel your order after it is placed. If you cancel within 30 minutes, we may be able to cancel, but you may be charged a 25% cancellation fee. We cannot accept cancellations for custom products.
