3 Rod Hairpin Leg

Bought 4 half inch rod, powder coated legs. They shipped next day. The legs look good and are rock solid — no wobble.

I ordered four of the 3-rod, 3/8", 34" Black powdercoated legs to support a 48" x 25" butcher block counter/table. The site said it could be 2 weeks for powder coat - it arrived in less than 2 weeks from when I ordered. They were packed extremely well and arrived without a scratch. I purchased some #10 panhead sheet metal screws (only ones in black) from a local hardware after looking on the hairpin site for recommended size, attached the legs and I had a sturdy table. I was very impressed with how sleek the project looked. I chose 34" so the height would match my kitchen counters and I was able to create another prep area in the kitchen (and the height was also selected so my wine cooler fit neatly under the table!). The plastic feet attachments are also excellent as they raised the table to exactly my counter height. I will note that other hairpin leg vendors on the internet did not carry the 34" length as a standard, and therefore had longer delivery times (and cost!) Well done Hairpinlegs.com. I'm already thinking of other projects where I can use some more of these in different lengths or colors.

I purchased 28" 3-rod legs in black to refurbish an old military desk that I found at auction - with no base. The rugged, black steel legs were a perfect touch to this piece, complementing the original hardware perfectly and truly helped bring this project to life. I call it Lt. Dan's Military Field Desk because just like Lt. Dan in Forest Gump, this thing got a whole new lease on life after a new set of legs! You guys are true Artists with metal.
